Not only can she help you with furniture, paint, wall paper, textiles but she can draw architectural plans. We embarked on a huge remodel in a tight timeline. She connected me with an amazing contractor and we got straight to work planning the renovation. She was able to draw many floor and design plans for the bathroom, kitchen, and mudroom. She understands construction well enough to know what is possible and what needs to be worked around. Her expertise and vision were invaluable. "Megan has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She created a space that I truly love - one I could never have put together on my own. The furniture she selected is mostly American-made and of higher quality than anything I’ve ever owned before.

I began working with her in November 2024, and the project (furnishing and decorating the entire house, practically) has been ongoing for about six months now. For anyone considering hiring an interior designer, here are a few details I would have found helpful before starting:

* Cost: Expect to spend around 20–25% of your home’s market value. Make sure you have the budget saved up in advance. I paid for most of the furniture in one lump sum - it wasn’t a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

* Process: The typical flow goes like this: initial consultation → design proposal → furniture selection and ordering → painting → furniture delivery (this takes the longest!) → finishing touches like art and draperies.

As someone who had never worked with a designer before and who grew up very middle class, I really appreciated how patient and clear Megan was throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way."
